 I began my counseling career in 1984, specializing in chemical dependency and recovery. Over the past four decades, my work has expanded to include individual counseling, couples therapy, family systems, trauma recovery, anxiety and stress management, depression, relationship healing, grief and loss, and life transitions.

I’ve been in private practice since 1996 as a Washington State Certified Counselor, helping people move from emotional struggle to balance, purpose, and growth.

Healing Through Experience — Traveling 4 Changes

Alongside my private practice, I lead Traveling 4 Changes, a therapy-based travel program in the Philippines.

These programs combine intensive counseling with hands-on service in communities like Sakadab, Balay Banaag, and ICONHOME.

Participants engage in therapy while contributing to community projects—achieving in weeks what traditional therapy often takes months to accomplish.

You gain healing, perspective, and renewed purpose through connection, reflection, and service.
